Total of 7.2 miles, did a set of Billat 3 minute intervals for the meat of the workout. I was probably a little off from running too hard last evening and starting off with too fast of a first mile in the warmup this morning. Also got out to a late start and could only do 4 of the intervals. But I still ran them good and hard and put the effort in.
20 days and a running streak of one year will be real.
